Bus Tour: Detroit African American Architects

We're still touring Detroit architecture by African-American architects, just at a later date. If you purchased a ticket or sponsorship, those will be honored on November 15th. If you gave a donation, we appreciate your contribution to this worthwhile project.

Detroit has and continues to be filled with a rich architectural heritage, including important and inspiring contributions from the city's African-American Community. Join Noir Design Parti Detroit as we partner with the Detroit Experience Factory to celebrate the past, present, and future of African-American-designed Architecture in Detroit! On Thursday, September 21, the tour will leave promptly at 2 p.m. and explore sites along the Woodward Corridor and nearby streets and sites.
AIA (American Institute of Architects) Continuing Education credits are available.

- Bethel AME Church
- Charles H. Wright Museum of African-American History
- Second Baptist Church and Greektown People Mover Station
